Our February meeting will focus on Entrepreneurial Innovation in Oregon and How to Fund It. We will have featured speakers panel of Maggie Finnerty, President and CEO of Oregon Entrepreneurs Network to discuss some of the trends one entrepreneurs in Oregon and Jon Maroney of the Oregon Angel Fund to discuss how Angel Investing in Oregon are funding many of these trends. Quests that will be addressed by this panel include: What are the areas prime for entrepreneurs? What resources are available to innovators? What policies could be enacted locally, regionally and statewide to encourage entrepreneurship and investing? What will be the next big thing both in innovation and in funding innovation?
